The
initial monitoring network shall consist of "background" monitoring well , G-1,
and downgradient monitoring wells, G-2, and G-3. The locations of these wells are
shown on Attachment "B". More ground water monitoring wells shall be installed
as operations progress past the initial fill modules 1 and 2. The locations of
these new wells shall be submitted to the Board for review and approval prior to
installation. All wells shall constitute the "points of compliance" with respect
to ground water. Samples from all monitoring wells shall be analyzed for the
following parameters and constituents at the indicated frequencies:
Sampling
Report in & Reporting
Parameter/Constituent Units of Frequency
Specific Conductance (field) umhos/cm Quarterly
pH (field) Number Quarterly
Total Organic Carbon mg/l Quarterly
Total Dissolved Solids mg/l Quarterl
Ammonia (as N) mg/l Quarterly
Calcium mg/l Quarterly
Chloride mg/l Quarterly
Sodium mg/l Quarterly
