The only
difference would be that loads that normally would go directly to the landfill after 3:30 p.m.
would be directed to dump in the Recycling Center. Based on our traffic counts, the average
number of customers dumping in the landfill area after 3:30 p.m. is 6. I've reviewed our JTD
and it appears that this change is within the scope of the document, since the sites operating
hours would still be 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Provided you don't have any concerns, our target date to make this change is Monday,
October 6, 2008. Please, if possible, give me your thoughts on the matter by
Friday, August 29th and we can go from there.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thank you.
Jaime L.
