Harney Lane, Lodi, California 95240. <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) received application for 5 - <br />year permit review from San Joaquin County Public Works, the operator of North County <br />Landfill, and conducted permit review pursuant to Title 27 of California Code of <br />Regulation (T27CCR), Section 21675.
