Grade the area to promote lateral runoff of water and prevent future ponding. <br />x <br />20800 - Dust Control <br />Comments: Dusty conditions observed at the residential side of the transfer station building. Mister system was <br />not being used to suppress plumes of dust generated by loader and tipping of waste on the tipping floor. <br />a. Provide adequate dust control measures. <br />x <br />20820 - Drainage and Erosion Control <br />Comments: Erosion channels observed last month have been repaired, however, some new erosion channels <br />were observed on the west (interior) side of module 4 and on the east side of modules 1&2. <br />a. Provide adequate erosion control. <br />b. Repair the erosion channels to prevent future waste exposure. <br />Inspection Report Comments: _. <br />Notes: <br />A. Measured perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentration: SG -10=0% (all three probes), SG -20=0% (all three <br />probes). <br />B. The depressions observed at the green waste area during last inspection were repaired (Previous AC cleared). <br />C. Vegetation maintained at a minimum at the entire landfill. <br />D. Records maintained and up to date. <br />
