Continuation of AC from the <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE td AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS(CCR) <br />No Violations or Areas of Concern <br />V ARegulations <br />X <br />20650 -Grading of Fill Surfaces <br />Comments: Depression was observed in the green waste area. Ponding observed on the southeast side of <br />module 4 from the recent rain. Continuation of AC from the last inspection. <br />a. Repair depression. <br />b. Grade the area to promote lateral runoff of water and prevent future ponding. <br />x <br />20820 - Drainage and Erosion Control <br />Comments: Erosion channels observed last month have been repaired, however, some new erosion channels <br />were observed on the south side of modules 1&2 and on the east side of module 4. Continuation of AC from the <br />last inspection. <br />a. Provide adequate erosion control. <br />b. Repair the erosion channels to prevent future waste exposure. <br />Inspection` Report Comments: <br />Notes: <br />A. Measured perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentration: SG -1=0% (all three probes), SG -2=0% (all three <br />probes). <br />B. Because of the weather and muddy conditions the top of modules 1 through 3 are not accessible. <br />C. Records maintained and up to date. <br />D. Some daylighting observed at the active face. Provide adequate cover. <br />E. Eye wash station on the west side of the transfer station building was not working properly. Repair eye wash station. <br />F. Operator should provide adequate dust control measures at the transfer station building during hours of operation. <br />G. Previous AC cleared. <br />
