Measured perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentration: SG -11=0% (all probes), SG -12=0%. <br />B. Vegetation maintained at a minimum at the entire landfill. <br />C. On September 5, 2013 the San Joaquin County Public Works Department Solid Waste Division completed the <br />installation of two ground water monitoring wells at the west side of the landfill. <br />E.
