The air cannon is not effective. Continuation of AC from the last <br />inspection. <br />a. Provide adequate and effective bird control. <br />Notes: <br />A. Measured perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentration: SG -17=0% (all probes), SG -8=0% (all probes). <br />B. Vegetation maintained at a minimum at the entire landfill. <br />C. The site was using a water truck for dust control. <br />D. The onsite litter was minimal (Previous AC cleared). <br />E. Records maintained and up to date (Previous AC cleared). <br />
