Measured perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentration: SG -21=0% (all probes), SG -22=0% (all probes). <br />B. Vegetation maintained at a minimum at the entire landfill. <br />C. The site was using a water truck for dust control. <br />D. The onsite litter was minimal. <br />E. Records maintained and up to date. <br />F. Observed an environmental services contractor on site working on effective bird control measures at time of inspection <br />(Previous AC cleared). <br />G. The Non -Water Release Corrective Action Cost Estimate Plan due on 10/5/2014. Submit the plan to the EHD before <br />the due date. <br />
