Measured perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentration: SG -13=0% (all probes), SG -9=0% (all probes). <br />B. Vegetation maintained at a minimum at the entire landfill. <br />C. The site was using a water truck for dust control. <br />D. The onsite litter was minimal. <br />E. Records were not up to date. All records should be available to the LEA for review and up to date. <br />F. The Non -Water Release Corrective Action Cost Estimate Plan due on 10/5/2014.
