Repair depressions. <br /> X 20690-Alternative Daily Cover <br /> Comments: Manual tarps were used as ADC to cover the active face from the previous day.There were several <br /> holes in the tarps. <br /> Exposed solid waste was observed at multiple locations at the edge of tarp. <br /> a. Take measures to maintain tarps in good repair and adequately use them as ADC. <br /> b. Ensure all waste is completely covered daily. <br /> x 20870- Hazardous Wastes <br /> Comments: Observed waste tire not removed from the active face until pointed by the LEA. <br /> a. Provide more adequate load checking. <br /> b. Need to more thoroughly check and remove all prohibited wastes in waste piles. <br /> c. Provide additional training to raise level of screening and handling of prohibited wastes. <br /> Inspection Report Comrrents <br /> Notes: <br /> A. Measured perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentration: SG-3=0% (all probes), SG-11=0% (all probes). <br /> B.All records should be available to the LEA for review and up to date. <br /> C. The Non-Water Release Corrective Action Cost Estimate Plan due on 10/5/2014. Submit the plan to the EHD before <br /> the due date. <br /> D. Observed legend on the bottom of well SG-3. Fix the legend. Intermediate probe in well SG-3 was uncapped. Make <br /> sure that all probes are capped. <br /> E. Previous AC's cleared. <br />
