This issue has been an ongoing <br />problem. According to Operator a work plan will be submitted to the EHD. Continuation of AC from the last <br />inspection. <br />a. Repair depressions. <br />b. Provide adequate site maintenance <br />x <br />20800 - Dust Control <br />Comments: Dusty conditions observed at the active face. <br />P. Provide adequate dust control measures. <br />x <br />20830 - Litter Control <br />Comments: Observed litter at the active face. <br />a. Remove litter. <br />b. Provide adequate measures to control litter from being blown off site. <br />Notes: <br />A. Measured perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentration: SG -15=0% (all probes), SG -16=0% (all probes), SG - <br />16A=0%. <br />B. Vegetation was at minimum at time of inspection. <br />C. The Non -Water Release Corrective Action Cost Estimate Plan due on 10/5/2014. Submit the plan to the EHD before <br />the due date. <br />D. The next required submission to the EHD of the updates to the CPCMP is on 10/5/2014. Submit updates before the <br />due date. <br />E. Observed legend on the bottom of well SG -16. Fix the legend. <br />F. During hot season with the possible combination of ambient factors such as high air temperature, low air movement, <br />high radiant heat, and protective clothing, the potential for heat stress is a concern. All on-site personnel should be <br />familiar with the symptoms of heat stress and the condition during which they may occur. Operator should ensure <br />employees have access to potable drinking water and shade. <br />G. Records maintained and up to date. <br />
