There were several <br />holes in the tarps. <br />Ia. Take measures to maintain tarps in good repair and adequately use them as ADC. <br />X 20800 -Dust Control <br />Comments: Dusty conditions observed at the active face. Continuation of AC from the last month. <br />a. Provide adequate dust control measures. <br />Notes: <br />A. Measured perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentration: SG -11=0% (all probes), SG -12=0% (all probes). <br />B. Vegetation was at minimum at time of inspection. <br />C. The EHD received the Non -Water Release Corrective Action Cost Estimate Plan from the Operator. <br />D. The next required submission to the EHD of the updates to the CPCMP is on 10/5/2014. Submit updates before the <br />due date. <br />E. One depression at the green waste area was repaired, however, several depressions are still present. According to <br />the operator all necessary repairs will be completed and the work plan will be submitted to the EHD shortly. Operator will <br />track on-going maintenance and keep a log on site. <br />F. Records maintained and up to date. <br />G. Previous AC's cleared. <br />
