Grade the area to promote lateral runoff of water and prevent future ponding. <br />x <br />20680 - Daily Cover <br />Comments: Soil was used to cover the active face from the previous day. Uncovered solid waste was observed <br />at multiple locations. <br />a. Ensure that all waste is completely covered on a daily basis. <br />x <br />20750 - Site Maintenance <br />Comments: Several depressions were observed in the green waste area. Continuation of AC from the last <br />inspection. <br />a. Repair depressions. <br />b. Provide adequate site maintenance. <br />X <br />20820 - Drainage and Erosion Control <br />Comments: Erosion channels observed last month have been repaired, however, new erosion channels were <br />observed on the south side of module 4 and at the module 5. <br />a. Repair the erosion channels to prevent future waste exposure. <br />b. Provide adequate erosion control. <br />x <br />20830 - Litter Control <br />Comments: Observed large amount of litter at the active face. Continuation of AC from the last inspection. <br />a. Remove litter. <br />b. Provide adequate measures to control litter from being blown off site. <br />Inspection Report Comments: , <br />Notes: <br />A. Records maintained and up to date. <br />B. Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SG - 14 = 0% (all three probes). <br />C. Operator shall maintain vegetation at a minimum at the entire landfill. <br />D.
