Disposal Facility Inspection Report (52) <br />Enforcement Agency: I county Of San Joaquin <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF DIVISION 30 OF PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />No Violations or Areas of Concern <br />V A <br />Regulations <br />X <br />20680 - Daily Cover <br />Comments: The site uses soil and tarps for cover. Tarp were in good repair. Some uncovered solid waste was <br />observed at the active face from the previous day. More soil was delivered to the active face for cover during <br />inspection. According to Operator entire module 4 will be covered with soil by the end of the week. <br />a. Ensure that all waste is completely covered on a daily basis. <br />X <br />20750 - Site Maintenance <br />Comments: The depressions observed at the green waste area during last month inspection were repaired, <br />however, new depressions observed in the green waste area. Continuation of AC from the last inspection. <br />a. Repair depressions. <br />b. Provide adequate site maintenance <br />X <br />j20820 - Drainage and Erosion Control <br />Comments: Erosion channels at module 4 observed last month have been repaired, however, new erosion <br />channels were observed on the south side of module 4 and at the module 5. Continuation of AC from the last <br />inspection. <br />a. Repair the erosion channels to prevent future waste exposure. <br />b. Provide adequate erosion control. <br />X <br />20830 - Litter Control <br />Comments: There was some onsite litter at the active face. The litter was being picked up at time of inspection. <br />The Operator indicated that his crew would have the remaining litter picked up by the end of the day. <br />Continuation of AC from the last inspection. <br />a. Remove litter. <br />Inspection Report Comments: <br />Notes: <br />A. Records maintained and up to date. <br />B. Because of the weather conditions no gas monitoring was conducted this day. <br />C. Operator shall maintain vegetation at a minimum at the entire landfill. <br />D. Because of the weather conditions several areas of landfill were not accessible for inspection. <br />E.
