Secure the gate to provide site security. <br />X <br />20650 - Grading of Fill Surfaces <br />Comments: Two depressions were observed in the green waste area. According to operator the operation will <br />temporarily move to another location to repair the pad. <br />a. Repair depressions. <br />X <br />20690 - Alternative Daily Cover <br />Comments: Manual tarps were used as ADC to cover the active face from the previous day. There were several <br />holes in the tarps. <br />P. Take measures to maintain tarps in good repair and adequately use them as ADC. <br />X <br />20750 - Site Maintenance <br />Comments: Gas monitoring wells along the western property boundary were hardly accessible for inspection. <br />Continuation of AC from the last inspection. If wells at the entire site are not easily accessible for inspection the <br />EHD will change AC to Violation on the next inspection report. <br />a. Make all wells accessible for inspection. <br />b. The operator shall provide better access to the LFG monitoring probes along the eastern property boundary. <br />Weed control, installations/repairs to the gate shall be done to provide better access to monitoring probes SG -11 <br />and SG -12. <br />Inspection <br />Report Comments: <br />Notes: <br />A. Measured perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentration: SG -12=0% (all three probes), SG 13=0% (all three <br />probes). <br />B. Some daylighting observed at the active face.
