The EHD staff conducted focused inspection on the same date. Dusty conditions observed on <br />residential side at time of inspection. Mister system was off. <br />a. Provide adequate dust control. <br />b. The EHD requested from the Operator to turn on the mister system more often and at any time by customer's <br />request. <br />c. Provide additional dust control training for staff including a new procedure. <br />d.
