The site uses soil and tarps for cover. The cover met SMS. <br />B. According to Operator construction of area 513 started on June 19, 2017. Operator did not notify the EHD. <br />C. Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SG -11= 0% (all three probes), SG -12=0% (all three <br />probes). <br />D. The onsite litter was minimal. <br />E.
