The site uses soil and tarps for cover. The cover met SMS. <br />B. The site was using a water truck for dust control. <br />C. Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration <br />and SG -3=0% (all three probes). <br />D. The onsite litter was minimal. <br />E.
