Disposal Facility Inspection Report (52) <br />Enforcement!A+gerac� ,,,,II County of San Joaquin <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF DIVISION 30 OF PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE(PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />Notes: <br />A. The site uses soil and tarps for cover. The cover met SMS. <br />B. The site was using a water truck for dust control. <br />C. Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SG -11= 0% (all three probes), SG -12=0% (all three <br />probes). <br />D. The onsite litter was minimal. <br />E. Vegetation was at minimum at time of inspection. <br />F. Records maintained and up to date. <br />G. On October 2, 2017 the EHD received the winterization plan from the Operator. <br />H.
