Ensure that all personnel working at disposal area wear safety equipment. <br />X 20750 - Site Maintenance <br />Comments: Several depressions were observed in the green waste area. According to Operators Maintenance <br />Plan solid waste staff will monitor the green waste area weekly and make repairs to depressions as needed. <br />a. Repair depressions. <br />b. Provide adequate site maintenance. <br />Notes: <br />A. The site uses soil and tarps for cover. The cover met SMS. <br />B. Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SG -2= 0% (all three probes), SG -3=0% (all three <br />probes). <br />C. The onsite litter was minimal. <br />D.
