The site uses soil and tarps for cover. The cover met SMS. <br />B. Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SG -21= 0% (all three probes), SGA 0=0% (all three <br />probes). <br />C. The onsite litter was minimal. <br />D. Vegetation was at minimum at time of inspection. <br />E. The site was using a water truck for dust control. <br />F. Observed environmental services contractor on site working on effective bird control measures at time of inspection. <br />G. Records maintained and up to date. <br />H.
