Flood Rd., Linden) <br /> ACTION: On March 17, 2022, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved Site <br /> Approval No. PA-1700279 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. Appeals <br /> must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$685.00.The 10-day appeal <br /> period ends at 4:30 p.m. on March 27, 2022.
