(Supervisorial District 3) OWNER: Delin Batres, et al. APPLICANT: Javier Garcia ADDRESS: 2727 E. Lovelace Road, Manteca APN: 204-060-13 <br />INFORMATION: The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood Hazard Area. Lovelace Road has an existing and planned right-of-way of 60 feet. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: 1)An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. (Note: Drivewayencroachment permits are for flatwork only -all vertical features, including but not limited tofences, walls, private light standards, rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not allowed in the rightof-way.)
