CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA -2100137 <br /> EUGENE E . & DODIE E CAFFESE TRUST / DILLON & MURPHY <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application No . PA-2100137 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on August 16 , 2021 , which is the effective date of approval . This approval will expire on <br /> February 15 , 2023 , which is 18 months from the effective date of approval , unless a Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed , if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors ' Act . <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment . <br /> 1 . COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT ( Staff Contact : ( 209 ) 468 - 3121 ) <br /> a . APPROVAL : This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among four (4 ) parcels as shown on the Site <br /> Plan dated July 1 , 2021 . <br /> b . NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT : A " Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner . Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor' s Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department . The legal descriptions shall be prepared , stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer , qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors ' Act , or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor . ( Development Title Section 9 - 872 . 4 ) <br /> c . WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT : The property owner shall rescind the current contract and shall <br /> enter into a new contract prior to recording the " Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" . The " Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment" shall not be recorded until the Williamson Act Contract application has been deemed <br /> complete . Filing Fees are required for this application . ( Government Code Section 51257 ) <br /> 2 . SJ COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT ( Contact : [ 209 ] 468 - 3000 , see memo dated August 3 , <br /> 2021 . ) <br /> NOTES AND INFORMATION ONLY . <br /> See memo from the Environmental Health Department dated July 21 , 2021 . <br /> See memo from Pacific Gas & Electric dated July 26 , 2021 . <br /> Access to these parcels is not created by this Lot Line Adjustment .
