S A N J a A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name and Address: BEST WESTERN, 6411 W BANNER ST, LODI 95242 <br /> #14 Chemical Water Test Kit <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Test kit is lacking to test pool chemical levels. <br /> Provide. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall maintain a test kit for measuring the disinfectant residual, combined chlorine,pH,and <br /> cyanuric acid(if used)at the pool. Test kit shall be available at all times the pool is in use. Chlorine and bromine test kits shall be DPD <br /> type. Chlorine test kits shall be capable of testing for free and total chlorine,so that combined chlorine concentrations can be determined. <br /> (CCR 65529) <br /> #15 Operation Records <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Records are lacking. <br /> Provide. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall test the disinfectant residual,pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per day. <br /> Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often as <br /> necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test results <br /> for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request.
