Hazelton Ave. <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Project: PA-2100052 (SA) <br /> District CEQA Reference No: 20210763 <br /> Dear Ms. Goulart: <br /> The San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District (District) has reviewed the <br /> project referenced above from the County of San Joaquin (County). The project consists <br /> of the conversion of an existing warehouse on a 4 acre lot to a truck body mounting <br /> operation to include utilization of an existing 58,564 square foot building with <br /> improvements to include installation of a paint booth and a wash bay, and the enclosure <br /> of an existing exterior dock for parts storage (Project). The Project is located at 3550 N. <br /> Bozzano Road, in Stockton, CA (APN 101-290-07 & 09). <br /> Project Scope <br /> The Project consists of the renovation of an existing 58,563 square foot building by adding <br /> a paint booth, adding locker rooms/restrooms, remodeling office area, adding truck doors <br /> facing adjacent vacant 4-acre lot, converting dock height doors facing Hardaway road to <br /> ground level truck doors, painting and updating the building exterior and enclosing the <br /> exterior dock adjacent to rail spur for parts storage.
