All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: Hot water is not hot enough at 106 F. Increase to 120 F or higher by 2-3 days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: Saw several dead roaches on sticky trap under steam table. There are cobwebs through out market. <br />Facility shall be pest free. Contact pest control for service and remove and replace traps and cobwebs on a routine basis. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br />OBSERVATIONS: Counter top at coffee serve self area is very dusty. Window sill is dirty. Floor under table has a thick layer <br />of debris. Clean this area weekly or more often if needed. <br />Some shelves at retail are dusty. Clean with soapy water by 1-2 weeks and as needed. <br />Top ledge of ice cream freezers area dusty/dirty. Door runner for 2 door cooler has dead insects. Clean/sanitize, weekly. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115 (c)) <br /> #43 Toilet Facilites Clean/ Supplied/ Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: Rest room lacks paper towels and toilet paper. Refill wall dispensers, today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a <br />well-fitting self-closing door. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. The number of toilet <br />facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances. Toilet facilities shall be provided for patrons: in <br />establishments with more than 20,000 sq ft. establishments offering on-site liquor consumption.
