Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: Hot water is not hot enough at 106 F. Remove and replace traps. facility shall be <br />pest free. Contact pest control. <br />NOTE: Floor underneath steam table has debris. Once open, store bags inside ziplock bags or <br />transfer contents into a sealed and labeled containers. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food shall be separated and protected from contamination. They are too close to sink and may become cross <br />contaminated.
