Enclosed is the RFI Amendment <br />Application Package including the following: <br />• CIWMB E-1-77 (Rev. 8-04) Application Form <br />• Report of Facility Information Amendment No. 3 <br />• Site Map Modifications <br />This RFI Amendment only encompasses the operational modifications resulting <br />from changes in laws and regulations, and includes the following activity: <br />• Storage of inert materials <br />• Storage of appliances <br />• Storage of universal wastes and electronic wastes <br />• Modifications of yard waste composting area and wood waste processing <br />area <br />Building Addition for storage and baling of source -separated fibers <br />After meeting with you and your staff on April 11, 2006, we have deleted inert <br />processing and C&D processing, and will work with the San Joaquin County <br />Community Development Department on an EIR Addendum to allow that activity. <br />Tracy Material Recovery and Transfer Station (TMR/TS) in conjunction with the <br />City of Tracy have adopted an Enhanced 2005 Diversion Plan to "Recycle More <br />Than Before".
