Plans are being devised to expand all types of recycling activity at
the TMR/TS in the future that will be a "significant change" to the design and
operations of the facility which will cause a Solid Waste Facility Permit Revision
(SWFP) to occur in 2007.
The next Five-Year Permit Review is due by March 7, 2007. It is anticipated that
Tracy Material Recovery and Transfer Station will be involved a CEQA process
during March 2007 and that the Five-Year Permit Review will need to be in March
2007, or wrapped into the SWFP Revision, as directed by the LEA .
