The EHD has reviewed the letter and has the following <br /> comments. <br /> 1. Update the RFI amendment#3 to include the information in the Response to Comments letter. <br /> 2. Include a professional registered engineer's stamp on the amendment and related documents. <br /> 3. The new C&D processing area, shown on the map submitted on October 12,2006, is not included <br /> in the Notice of Exemption(NOE)documentation processed during July 2006. This change to <br /> the C&D processing area will require another NOE. <br /> 4. We request a copy of the Injury Illness Prevention Plan(IIPP) sections which apply to the Inert <br /> and C&D operations. We will review the sections referenced in the Response to Comments <br /> letter. <br /> Submit the updated RFI amendment#3 prior to October 18, 2006,which will be 30 days after the original <br /> submittal.
