A new RFI <br /> Application Package with a new Service Request Form is being submitted herein. <br /> Based upon your review and letter dated October 13, 2006, we have responded to <br /> your four comments, and hope that this would be the third and final time. <br /> 1. Update RFI Amendment to include response to comments <br /> Attached is the RFI Amendment dated November 6, 2006, and includes all the <br /> past comments and emails that we have been discussed. <br /> 2. Professional Engineer's Stamp <br /> I have stamped the RFI document as a Registered Civil Engineer. <br /> 3. Site Plan <br /> The NOE for CEQA had the correct map allowing C&D processing and storage <br /> down below next to the Transfer Station. The map for the Inert Processing <br /> Area Plan is being resubmitted to show the design of the berm and the location <br /> of the Berm on the same map as the NOE Site Plan.
