The EHD has reviewed the amendment as required by Title(T) 27 <br /> California Code of Regulations (CCR) §21665. <br /> The RFI3 meets the requirements described in T27 §21665 regarding the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act(CEQA), State Minimum Standards (SMS) for Transfer/Processing <br /> facilities and the Solid Waste Facility Permit(SWFP). <br /> The facility changes in the RFI3 were determined to be exempt from the requirements of CEQA <br /> by the San Joaquin County Community Development Department. A Notice of Exemption was <br /> filed on July 30, 2006. <br /> The EHD has determined that the facility changes in the RFI3 are acceptable and consistent with <br /> the SMS for Transfer/Processing facilities stated in Title 14, Chapter 3, Articles 6.1-6.4.
