Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: ELKS CLUB #218, 8900 THORNTON RD, STOCKTON 95209 <br />Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br /> #15 Operation Records <br />OBSERVATIONS: Operation records are lacking. <br />Maintain daily records. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall test the disinfectant residual, pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per day. <br />Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often as <br />necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test results <br />for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request. (CCR 65523) <br /> #18 Pool Shell and Tile <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed algae growth on pool wall. <br />Clean. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shells shall be white and have a smooth waterproof interior finish that will withstand repeated brushing, <br />and scrubbing. A spa pool may be finished in a light color other than white when approved by the enforcement agency. (CBC 3108B) <br /> #36 Pressure and Vacuum Gauges <br />OBSERVATIONS: The difference between the influent and effluent gauges is 14 psi. <br />Provide so that the difference is 10 psi or less. <br />Recommend backflushing filter. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pressure and vacuum gauges shall be provided for each pump system.
