Acampo Rd, Lodi
APN 013-150-09, SR0083932,
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil Suitability/Nitrate
Loading (SSNL) Study, dated July 6, 2021 and has the following comments for your consideration.
The SSNL was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for onsite wastewater treatment
system (OVVTS) usage and the potential long-term impact of nitrate to groundwater from the proposed two-
bedroom second dwelling.
Based on the information provided, the EHD can make the following findings:
1. The Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study supports the suitability for standard OVVTS usage for the
proposed development project on the above-mentioned parcel, pursuant to San Joaquin County
Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d).
If you have any questions please contact Naseem Ahmed, Senior Registered Environmental Health
Specialist, at nahmed@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3018.
Program Coordinator
c: Jody Kelly-P.O.
