All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br /> #12 pH Level MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: pH is more than 8. Provide pH 7.2 - 7.8 before opening the pool. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain pH between 7.2 and 7.8. (CCR 65530) <br /> #13 Cyanuric Acid Concentration MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Cyanuric acid is more than 100 ppm. Provide CYA 0 ppm - 100 ppm by the end of the season or before <br />opening pool. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain cyanuric acid concentration between 0.0 ppm and 100 ppm. (CCR 65530) <br /> #17 Cleanliness of Pool <br />OBSERVATIONS: I observe dirt at the bottom of the pool. Clean pool in 1 week and as needed. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain clean pool water while the pool is in use and shall not allow debris to accumulate <br />in the pool. Pool operator shall clean the bottom, sides, and other surfaces of the pool as often as necessary to keep pool surfaces clean <br />and free of slime and algae. (CCR 65533) <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: Skimmer is lacking weir gate and float valve. Provide weir gate and float valve in 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br /> #30 Pool Equipment and Plumbing Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: I observe water leakage on the floor at the pool pump. Fix leakage in 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All equipment related to pool operations shall be installed and maintained in accordance with manufacturer's <br />specifications and shall comply with applicable requirements established by applicable NSF/ANSI-50 performance standards.
