There have SUSZYCKI <br />been no recent permits taken out. <br />Printed out a satellite image of the property from Parcel Viewer. <br />06/03/2021 Visited the property with Francisco and the Community Service Team. The SUSZYCKI <br />property was a vacant lot that was full of junk and debris. There was a van on the <br />property but it did not have any connections and there was was no indication of <br />improper sewage disposal. <br />07/08/2021 Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a SUSZYCKI <br />photographic log. Printed the log and attached it to the complaint. <br />Created an Official Inspection Report stating that no violations were observed. <br />Printed it and attached it to the complaint. <br />Abated the complaint and turned it in for review. <br />Abated By: <br />5105 rpt Page 1 of 1
