When I arrived I knocked on SUSZYCKI <br />the door but no one answered. I could not see any fire damage to the single family <br />dwelling other that a small part of a roof eve above the garage. I left my business <br />card on the door. <br />06/07/2021 Received a call from the owner. She stated that the reason she did not call me <br />back sooner was because she is not staying out the house and did not see my <br />card until now. The owner said that the interior is mostly water damage and that <br />her insurance company is paying for her to stay at a rental until the repairs are <br />completed. <br />SUSZYCKI <br />07/06/2021 Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a SUSZYCKI <br />photographic log. Printed the log and attached it to the complaint. <br />Created an Official Inspection Report stating that no violations were observed and <br />that the owner is conducting repairs with the help of their insurance company. <br />Turned the complaint in for review. <br />5105.rpt <br /> Page 1 of 1
