There have SUSZYCKI <br />been no recent permits taken out. <br />Printed out a satellite image of the property from Parcel Viewer. <br />05/18/2021 Visited the property for a complaint investigation. When I arrived no one was home SUSZYCKI <br />but I taped my card to the front gate. I could not see any sewage issues from the <br />street. <br />05/18/2021 Received a call from the tenant who found my card. She informed me that the <br />owner has an electric pump connected to the septic and told her that when it fill us <br />to just pump it into the back yard. The tenant said that she does not want to do <br />that. I informed her that it would be illegal to do so and that the owner needs to <br />have a pumper truck sent out to clean the septic. The tenant stated that the owner <br />says he will not do this. I asked the tenant if she would like me to take a look. She <br />said she would call me back later to set up an appointment once she knows her <br />work schedule. <br />SUSZYCKI <br />06/10/2021 Called Erica and left a message asking if she still wanted to set up an appointment SUSZYCKI <br />or if the issue has been resolved. <br />07/14/2021 Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a SUSZYCKI <br />photographic log. Printed it and attached it to the complaint form. <br />Created an Official Inspection Report, printed it, and attached it to the complaint. <br />Abated the complaint and turned it in for review. <br />Abated By: <br />5105.rpt Page 1 of 1
