THERE ARE EXCESSIVE JUNK CARS AND TRASH ON THE PROPERTY. ***PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS. There have SUSZYCKI been no recent permits taken out. Printed out a satellite image of the property from Parcel Viewer. 05/17/2021 Visited the property for a complaint of people stealing water and electricity. The SUSZYCKI complaint also stated that sewage was being dumped on to a neighboring property. When I arrived the single family dwelling appeared to be in adequate condition but there were two recreational vehicles on the property that had extension cords running to them. I could not see any sewage. I called the complainant and asked for permission to go onto the neighboring property to get a better look. The complainant gave me permission, but I was not able to see anything else from there. As I was posting the two Recreational Vehicle Notices to Abate a man came out from the "wilderness" RV and he did not speak English fluently but I was able to tell him why I was there and that I would be back in a week or two to confirm the the extension cords were disconnected. He said that he under stood. 05/17/2021 Called the complainant and let them know what happened. I also informed them SUSZYCKI that if the issues aren't corrected in a week we may start an enforcement case which means fines for time spent on the case. 05/17/2021 Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create two SUSZYCKI photographic logs. Printed the logs and attached them to the complaint. Turned in the complaint for review. 05/19/2021 The owner of the trailers came in to the office and said that no one lives there and SUSZYCKI that the extension cords are just for generators when the work on them. I told him that as long as everything is disconnected when I come by next week I will just close out the complaint. 5105.rpt Page 1 of 2
