All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />I went to the facility and spoke to the person in charge who was not aware of the compliant prior to this investigation. <br />I observed food debris on milkshake machine. <br />Clean. Machine was cleaned during investigation. <br />I discussed Cal Code Section ARTICLE 5. PERSONAL CLEANLINESS 113969. <br />Except as specified in subdivision (b), all food employees preparing, serving, or handling food or utensils shall wear hair <br />restraints such as hats, hair coverings, or nets which are designed and worn to effectively keep their hair from contacting <br />nonprepackaged food, clean equipment, utensils, linens, and unwrapped single-use articles. <br />This section does not apply to food employees, such as counter staff who only serve beverages and wrapped or <br />prepackaged foods, hostesses, and wait staff, if they present a minimal risk of contaminating nonprepackaged food, clean <br />equipment, utensils, linens, and unwrapped single-use articles. <br />I observed all food handlers wearing hair coveringduring this investigation. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
