All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br /> #13 Cyanuric Acid Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: The cyanuric acid level of the pool water is greater than 100 ppm. Reduce the cyanuric acid level to be <br />100ppm or lower. Correct by next year. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain cyanuric acid concentration between 0.0 ppm and 100 ppm. (CCR 65530) <br /> #14 Chemical Water Test Kit <br />OBSERVATIONS: Pool water test kit on site is not DPD. Obtain a DPD test kit for the pool. Correct by 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain a test kit for measuring the disinfectant residual, combined chlorine, pH, and <br />cyanuric acid (if used) at the pool. Test kit shall be available at all times the pool is in use. Chlorine and bromine test kits shall be DPD <br />type.
