FOOD <br />WAS CONSUMED AT AROUND 11:45-12:00 PM FOR LUNCH. THE FOOD CONSUMED WAS CHICKEN TACOS, BEEF <br />TACOS, CHICKEN BURRITOS, BEEF BURRITOS, CHEESE ENCHILADAS, BEANS, AND RICE. EVERYONE THAT <br />CONSUMED THE FOOD ALLEGEDLY GOT AN UPSET STOMACH LATER ON THAT EVENING. <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />Environmental Health Department <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Went to the facility and spoke with the owner. I informed her about the complaint. She was not aware of the complaint. She <br />informed me that there had not been any employees ill during this complaint. No employees have traveled outside the country. <br />Unknown to whether the employees work at another food facilities. <br />Per owner the meats are cooked daily, the beans and rice are cooked daily. <br />Chicken at 140 F, beans at 140 F, rice at 142 F, beef at 140 F, on steam table. <br />The cold ingredients are maintained on the preparation cooler, currently at 43 F. This will be noted to be corrected to maintain <br />at 41 F or below. <br />All ingredients are kept in the walk in cooler, currently at 45 F or below. This will be noted to be corrected to maintain at 41 F <br />or below. <br />All foods in question are kept under compliance. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
