SANAOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />----COUNTY <br />Time In: 11:10 am <br />Time Out: 11:30 am <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: PAN ERA Date: 06/24/2021 <br />Address: 4932 PACIFIC AVE, STOCKTON <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint*: C00053945 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />FACILITY HAS A SMELL THROUGHOUT THE RESTAURANT LIKE RANCID KITCHEN DRAIN. COMPLAINANT <br />IMAGINE THE MOP HEADS HAVEN'T BEEN PROPERLY SANITIZED AND THE BUCKET WATER NOT CHANGED. <br />FACILITY ALSO SAW WHITE FLIES AROUND THE TRASH AND SODA FOUNTAIN. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Spoke to store manager who was not aware of this complaint. She did stated that they did have a problems with gnats/little <br />flies, but that is under control. Ecolab and Western pest control has provided their services. Ecolab provided a liquid that <br />facility pours into drains and Western pest control serviced them on 06/22/21 <br />Observations: No offensive odor at customer/kitchen area. No evidence of white flies. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
