SANJ9 AQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 12:20 pm <br />Time Out: 12.50øm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: GREAT WOLF LODGE NORTHERN CALIFORNIA Date 07/08/2021 <br />Address: 2500 DANIELS ST, MANTECA 95337 <br />Owner/Operator GWR MANTECA LLC Telephone (209) 239-9653 <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054001 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />LEAK FROM ONE OF THE HOTEL ROOMS IS LEAKING ON THE BARNWOOD RESTAURANT PREP AREA (DIRTY <br />WATER) THE DISH WASHER IS NOT WORKING AT THE BARNWOOD RESTAURANT IT'S BEEN LIKE THIS FOR <br />SINCE THEY OPENED AND THEY HAVE NOT FIXED IT. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM-- LOCATION --TEMP ° F --COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Complaint inspection. <br />As per manager, he is aware of the issue. Water from the domestic cold water line, was leaking on the prep sink in the <br />restaurant back kitchen after 10 PM ( when restaurant closed). Restaurant hours is from 5PM -10PM. Repair of the plumbing <br />issue is done after operating hours that night till next day before 5 PM. Prep sink was not in use during after hours repair. <br />As per manager, dish washer has some issues and they needed to order some parts. Dish washer was not in use for 3 weeks <br />till repair. Meanwhile facility was using the 3 comp sink for manual washing. <br />3 comp sink has temp at 123F and sanitizer QUAT concentration at the washing station is 200 ppm. <br />During my inspection, high temp dish washer has temp at 160F and I don't observe any water leakage at the the 2 comp prep <br />sink. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
