SAN)J DAIJ I N Environmental Health Department <br /> sr <br /> C 0 U NTY <br /> Greatness grows here. <br /> Time In: 12:55 pm <br /> Time Out: 1:151)m <br /> COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br /> Name of Facility: YOGURTLAND Date: 09/03/2021 <br /> Address: 5765 PACIFIC AVE, 952075168 <br /> Owner/Operator: 3481 LOADSTONE DRIVE Telephone: (209)477-5764 <br /> Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00054177 <br /> Responsible Party Contact: <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT WENT TO FACILITY ON 8/20/21 AND WITNESSED A WOMAN WITH A YORKIE DOG UNDER HER <br /> LEFT ARM AS SHE WAS SCOOPING TOPPINGS INTO HER YOGURT CUP.THE DOG WAS JUST INCHES AWAY <br /> FROM THE FOOD IN THE BUFFET AND THE CASHIER DID NOTHING TO ADDRESS THE SITUATION. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to manager who was aware of this complaint. She stated that their policy is not to allow customers to bring in their pets. <br /> During this incident, employees were not aware that this customer had a pet. It appears that it was a very small dog. Dog was <br /> inside customers bag.
