AC Title 14 CCR 17407.4 — Dust Control — Dusty conditions observed at time of inspection. Misters not being <br />used to suppress plumes of dust generated by loader and tipping of waste onto tipping floor. <br />a. Provide adequate dust control measures. <br />2. AC Title 14 CCR 17407.2 — Cleaning — Observed dirty conditions on U -waste recycling area ground. <br />Continuation of AC from last month. <br />a. Provide more adequate cleaning. <br />3. AC Title 14 CCR 17408.7 Personnel Health and Safety — Eye wash station on north side was out of service. <br />Notes <br />a. Repair eye wash station. <br />A. Facility is in the process of updating of the TPR to allow them the relocation of the CRT processing <br />area. <br />B. Compactor is back in service and not in operation at time of inspection. Be sure to operate compactor <br />in accordance with SWFP and TPR. <br />C. Low waste pile volume observed at time of inspection (previous AC cleared). <br />D.
