Dust level was low at time of inspection: Misters -and fire hose -being used -throughout inspection -- <br />(Previous violation cleared). <br />B. Observed birds (pigeons) cage/trap at north side of MRF tipping area. Approximately 80-100 birds were <br />observed on site at time of inspection. Continue to take adequate measures to abate any birds nuisances <br />and prevent any propagation and harborage of birds on premises. <br />C. Compactor being in disrepair at time of inspection. According to operator compactor will be back in <br />service later this day. <br />D. Observed tipping floor personnel being,too close to unloading area at the public side of the Transfer <br />Station. Tipping floor personnel shall maintain a safe distance to avoid injuries. <br />E.
