The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for STOP N SHOP as of October 06, 2021. <br /> Open violations from July 26, 2021 inspection <br /> Violation#2-Failed to initially complete and electronically submit a HMBP. <br /> OBSERVATION:A complete Hazardous Materials Business Plan was not submitted electronically to the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans <br /> electronically. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#3-Failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business plan. <br /> OBSERVATION:A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A Hazardous Materials Business Plan shall be established and implemented for <br /> emergency response to a release or threatened release of a hazardous material when storing hazardous materials <br /> at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for materials that are liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic <br /> feet for compressed gas, at standard temperature and pressure. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#4-Failed to electronically submit the Business Activities or Owner/Operator Identification page. <br /> OBSERVATION: The Business Owner/Operator Identification form contains outdated information.
