Facility owes$1392 in fees. <br /> Called Rueben Rubalcava (209-451-4156) and scheduled appointment for 4/19/21 <br /> at 1:30 pm. He said his shop is closed now and his daughter has covid so he has <br /> to quarantine for two weeks. <br /> 03/30/2021 Went to site for complaint inspection. Both gates were locked up. Nobody was BAKER <br /> visible on site. Shed could be viewed from the street but unable to determine if <br /> there was leaking oil. <br /> 04/19/2021 Went to facility for inspection. Ruben Rubalcava (Owner) did not show up for the BAKER <br /> inspection. Spoke with a person on site regarding the inspection. He said Ruben <br /> Rubalcava's family has been sick with covid. Person on site was unable to give <br /> permission for the inspection. <br /> Called and left a message for Ruben Rubalcava at 209-451-4156 for an <br /> appointment reschedule. <br /> 04/26/2021 Called Ruben Rubalcava (Owner) at 209-451-4156 and left a message regarding BAKER <br /> the inspection appointment <br /> 05/14/2021 Set up inspection appointment for 5/20/21 at 9 am. BAKER <br /> 05/20/2021 On site for complaint inspection with Carol Presto (EHS). Inside of shed had oily BAKER <br /> absorbent and new absorbent on the ground. Asked Ruben Rubalcava (Owner) if <br /> he could sweep up the absorbent in the shed. Ruben Rubalcava swept up the <br /> floor of the shed. Let Ruben Rubalcava know that any spills of hazardous <br /> wastes/materials should be cleaned up immediately. Floor of shed was heavily <br /> stained. <br /> Wrote OIR. Emailed OIR to Ruben Rubalcava at bigrstire@gmail.com <br /> 05/25/2021 Verified GIS in EC. Emailed office assistants for complaint history. Completed BAKER <br /> photo log.
